Our education is different in many ways. There are project weeks for all apprentices, their own ergonomic and well-organized workplace, flexible working hours, simply a 2-minute walk from Wohlen AG railway station and the promotion of young talent is an important concern for Camille Bauer Metrawatt AG.

The basic training in the first two apprenticeship years takes place in the area of industrial engineering (production technology), where our apprentices learn the basics of electronics. The main training takes place in industrial engineering or in the development department, where the apprentices have the opportunity to work on projects.
