SmartGrid monitoring for recording basic data and triggering switching operations

Task:

In order to protect grids from excessive loads as well as feed-ins, outgoing monitoring in transformer stations (e.g. in accordance with §14a) is required. The measurement data should then be linked directly to a decentralized control system on site.

Solution:

Measurement of outgoing circuits in low-voltage networks on the secondary side with the SIRAX® MT7150.

Benefit:

Due to its simplicity and compact size, the SIRAX® MT7150 is very well suited for use in existing systems. In addition, the SIRAX® MT7150 can be operated either with Rogowski coils or with current transformers. Current transformers can be taken into account in the outgoing measurement, especially in new systems.
